[Operation Confirmed] Fujica ST701 + Super Takumar 55mm 1.8 (Inventory Number: Fujica 2)

This camera is a single-lens reflex camera with a stopped-down metering system, first developed by Fuji Photo Film Co., Ltd. in July 1970, adopting the M42 mount (Praktica mount).

It functions well.

There are no noticeable scratches or dirt on the body.
There is a slight white rust near the battery cover.
The shutter curtain has quite noticeable discoloration, but it does not affect the operation.
The light seals have been replaced, but it's a DIY job.

The viewfinder, prism, and mirror have some minor age-related dirt, but are generally in good condition.

The exposure meter needle seems to move a little slowly.

The lens is Asahi Optical's Super Takumar 1:1.8/55mm, with a little dust inside, but I don't think it will affect the image quality much.
It appears to use a thorium lens, and there is a slight yellowing on the rear element.

The lens cap is a generic one.

The filter is a Kenko Skylight (1B) 49mm, with age-related scratches and dirt.

The strap is a generic one and shows considerable wear. There is some rust on the metal parts.

The standard batteries are two mercury batteries, type H-B, but two alkaline batteries, type LR41, can be substituted by wrapping them in paper or something similar to adjust the thickness. By the way, if you don't adjust the thickness, it will short circuit with the coil spring electrode attached to the battery cover.
The new LR41 batteries used for the operational check and the homemade thickness adjustment spacers will be included, but they have been used quite a bit, so I don't think they will last long.
